1. Scope and agreement
FastCollab Systems Private Limited (FastCollab, we, us) provides these services. These Terms apply when incorporated into your subscription or engagement, or accepted through the relevant service. Browsing this website alone does not create a paid subscription. Existing customer agreements are not replaced simply by publication of this revision.
You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Your organisation is responsible for its authorised users. The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling; the Data Processing Addendum applies to customer personal data where incorporated into the applicable agreement.
2. Our products and services
- Eva: AI Assistant for Travel & Expenses. Supports business travel and expense workflows, subject to your organisation’s policies, approvals and enabled services.
- Cleo: AI Agents for Support. Supports triage, contextual responses and issue investigation. Connected GitHub repositories and application logs can support proposed fixes and pull requests for engineering review.
- Joya: AI Agents for Sales. Supports account research, signal monitoring, personalised email and LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, reply qualification and handoffs to sales teams.
- Product engineering. Scope, deliverables, team arrangements, acceptance, fees and responsibilities are agreed in a statement of work or other engagement agreement.
Available features, usage limits and support are those of your agreed service and plan. Illustrations and sample interactions on the website are not a promise of a particular result or entitlement.
3. Accounts and connected services
Provide accurate account and billing information, protect credentials and authorise access only for appropriate users. Notify support@fastcollab.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant to connected inboxes, repositories, logs and other systems, and for your users’ activities.
Third-party travel suppliers, communication platforms and connected applications have their own terms. You must have authority to connect and use them. Their availability and charges are not controlled by FastCollab.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the services lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property and other rights. Do not upload data you have no right to process.
- Do not send unlawful spam, misleading messages, harassment or abusive content. Do not impersonate others or use the services for fraud.
- Do not introduce malware, bypass access controls, disrupt systems or attempt unauthorised access.
- For Joya, you remain responsible for lawful prospect selection, outreach notices, any required consent, opt-outs and suppression requests, and the rules of email and LinkedIn providers. Publicly available contact details do not by themselves establish permission to contact someone.
- For Cleo and engineering work, provide only authorised access and review proposed changes before merging or deploying them.
5. AI assistance and customer decisions
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular context. Review outputs before relying on them, sending communications, approving expenses or bookings, or changing software. Configure permissions and approval steps appropriate to your organisation. Buying signals are context, not proof of purchasing intent. No particular sales, support, travel saving or engineering outcome is guaranteed.
6. Fees, subscriptions and cancellation
Your accepted order, subscription checkout or engagement agreement specifies prices, currency, taxes, usage allowances, billing dates and payment terms. Renewal, cancellation, overage and refund arrangements are those disclosed and agreed for that service. Where automatic renewal is agreed, cancel before the applicable renewal deadline to stop the next renewal. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
Joya plans use monthly unique-prospect allowances. Follow-ups to the same prospect in the billing period do not add another prospect; a separate stakeholder counts separately. The applicable accepted plan governs the allowance and price. Proposed pricing or illustrative plan comparisons do not amend an existing subscription. Contact sales@fastcollab.com for commercial questions.
7. Intellectual property and customer content
FastCollab and its licensors retain rights in the products, website and pre-existing technology. You retain your rights in content and data you provide. You authorise processing of that content as necessary to provide the agreed services, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. AI output may not be unique and must be checked for third-party rights.
Ownership and licensing of custom engineering deliverables, background code and third-party components are set out in the engagement agreement. No broader transfer of intellectual property is implied by these website Terms.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party must protect the other’s non-public business information received in connection with the services, use it for the agreed purpose and restrict disclosure to authorised recipients under appropriate obligations, except where disclosure is required by law. The applicable agreement sets any additional confidentiality terms. Customer personal data is handled under the applicable DPA and documented instructions.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment under the applicable agreement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Termination, notice, outstanding fees, export and return or deletion of customer data follow the applicable agreement and DPA. Obligations intended to survive, including confidentiality and accrued payment obligations, continue.
10. Warranties and liability
Except for express commitments in an applicable agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, website materials and services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, FastCollab excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or opportunities. Contractual liability limits and remedies are governed by the applicable agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Changes, disputes and contact
Material changes affecting an ongoing service will be communicated through the service or the customer’s contact details, with any notice and acceptance requirements in the applicable agreement or law. A revision does not retrospectively change existing obligations.
Please raise disputes first with support@fastcollab.com. Governing law and dispute resolution follow the applicable agreement. Where none is specified, the laws of India and the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana apply, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and statutory rights.
Company and address details are available on our Contact Us page.
Corporate website terms
Website users must be at least 18 and have legal capacity, or access the website under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision. Unauthorised reproduction, commercial exploitation of website materials, scraping, data mining and misuse of site security or functionality are prohibited. These restrictions do not prohibit the intended business use of a paid product.
To the extent permitted by law, users indemnify FastCollab for claims and reasonable legal costs resulting from violation of these website terms or misuse of the website. Website disputes will first be addressed amicably, followed by arbitration in Hyderabad in English where applicable. Hyderabad courts have jurisdiction subject to that arbitration arrangement and mandatory law. An applicable signed agreement takes precedence.
Changes and communications follow the general provisions above. Browsing the website does not constitute consent to marketing communications.
Eva additional terms
Eva subscriptions are governed by the applicable order or service agreement and the general terms above. Travel bookings are subject to the relevant supplier’s terms, cancellation conditions and the customer’s approval policies. Personal data processing is described in the Eva DPA schedule.
Cleo additional terms
Cleo users must be at least 16 and have the authority required for their role. Workspace administrators manage team permissions, content, connected-system consents and customer portal access. Users must not share credentials for unauthorised access or reverse engineer, extract or manipulate AI models except where mandatory law permits.
Cleo provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for its intended purpose. Customers retain their content and authorise necessary storage, processing and analysis. Connected services may be disconnected through account settings. Customers may terminate through settings or support; access ceases on termination and deletion follows the privacy policy.
For Cleo, total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Exclusions include indirect, incidental, special, consequential and punitive loss; lost profits, data, use or goodwill; and loss from AI recommendations, unauthorised access or interruptions, subject to mandatory rights and any overriding agreement.
The indemnity covers claims arising from use of the service, breaches, third-party rights, actions based on AI recommendations and customer content. Service changes, suspension or discontinuation are subject to reasonable notice under these terms; termination also includes legal requirements or discontinuation. Indian law and courts apply under these terms. Significant changes are published with an updated date.
Cleo is AI Agents for Support. Entitlements and integrations are those enabled and agreed for your subscription.
Joya additional terms
Joya requires users to be at least 18 or the legal age in their jurisdiction. Paid Joya subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Fees and accurate billing information are the customer’s responsibility. Refund arrangements are those disclosed and agreed with the subscription, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Customers retain ownership of content they create using Joya, subject to third-party rights. Lawful outreach and necessary permissions remain their responsibility. FastCollab may suspend or terminate access for violations or at its discretion, subject to mandatory law and the applicable agreement. Access ends on termination. Material changes are notified by email or through the service.
For Joya support, contact support@fastcollab.com. Legal enquiries can be sent to support@fastcollab.com.
Engineering terms
The signed services agreement and statement of work define scope, payment, intellectual property, acceptance, support, liability and termination. Product subscription usage rules and plan allowances do not apply unless expressly incorporated.
